About this tool

Extracting is the quickest way to pull a signed page, a receipt or one chapter out of a long document when you already know which pages you need. Seeing the pages makes it easy to pick the right ones without counting.

The pages are copied exactly, so text stays sharp and selectable. Your original file isn't changed and nothing leaves your device.

Questions

What's the difference between Extract and Split?

Extract lets you click the pages you want and saves them as one new PDF. Split cuts a document into several files, by page ranges or one file per page.

Can I change the order of the extracted pages?

The pages keep their original order. To reorder them, open the new PDF in Reorder PDF pages.

Is there a limit on how many pages I can pick?

No. Use Select all to start with every page, then click to remove the ones you don't need.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The PDF is opened and saved by your browser on your own device.
